He then moved to San Antonio and attended the University of Texas at San Antonio after marrying the love of his life, Beatriz A Urias. In San Antonio, Tito competed at Championship Level in the 2007 & 2008 Greater San Antonio Men’s Amateur Tournament placing in the top 50 in 2007 and in the top 25 in 2008. While practicing and attending UTSA full time, Tito became a Professional Golf Director and Coach for Pro Golf Academy. While working with kids for Pro Golf Academy, he realized that he was ready to take a leap of faith and start his dream of founding a non-profit organization. In 2010, he founded the Kito Gomez Golf Foundation.

In the fall of 2009, Tito turned pro and entered in the 2009 Adams Golf Pro Tour Series. The Adams Golf Pro Tour Series, a subsidiary of K&G Sports LLC., partners with local non-profits to conduct professional golf tournaments in the mid-south region of the US. In addition to raising thousands of dollars each year for charity, these events provide an avenue for professional golfers to hone their skills while preparing for a life on the PGA Tour.

Tito attempted to qualify for the PGA tournament, the Texas Valero Open, in May 2009 and Aprill 2011. The tournament motivated him to work harder toward his goals and dreams to compete in the PGA Tour. Throughout the past few years Tito has acquired sponsorship through the National Hispanic Professional Organization, Metalback Golf Promotions, New Hero Picturs and King Site Designs. The above sponsors have been supporting sponsors that have helped shaped Tito's golf career in efforts to help him gain the financial sponsors he needs to compete on the tour. These companies have donated sponsors that provide promotional material, contacts, photography, video, graphics, and websites for the tour and foundation. Another support system that continues to be a solid driving force in his professional golf career is his Family.

Tito is currently looking for financial sponsorship and partnerships that will help him reach is dream in competing on the PGA Tour.

In March of 2010, at the age of 25, Tito Urias, founded the 501(c)3 non-profit organization, Kito Gomez Golf Foundation, now Triumph Junior Golf, INC. Tito is an aspiring professional golfer with plans to compete on the PGA Tour and is currently pursuing his PGA Tour card. His life-long goal has always been to compete on the PGA Tour but his dream has always been to establish a regional junior golf organization that would find, inspire, and train junior golfers in rural communities and positively influence them to be the very best they can be on and off the course. With his faith in Christ and the collective efforts of his wife and family, his dream has been set in motion.

With its annual summer camps and tournaments, TJG has successfully help grow 2 small town communities(Van Horn, Sierra Blanca) and influenced over 100 junior athletes in the past 3 years. The primary goals and operating objectives of the organization is to introduce the game to all of the junior golfers in rural West Texas.

The rural communities of West Texas lack the resources and offer limited competitive opportunities for our youth. The mission of TJG is to provide a positive environment for youth of all backgrounds to develop character, leadership, sportsmanship and achieve their full potential as individuals/athletes by offering instruction, summer camps, tournaments, weekend clinics, equipment donations and scholarships at little to no cost!. . .VISIT OUR WEBSITE!

Why Blue

THE PROMISE: On the last day of every tournament, Tito wears BLUE in honor of a promise made to Charles Leslie Lincoln, also known as Abe.
